Delivery & Shipping

I am a small business based in Scotland! It's only me manning the ship (with some help from my partner, zero help from my small child, and I'm fairly sure the cat is actively sabotaging my business). I love what I do and I want you to love it too, so thank you in advance for your patience when it comes to ordering from a small artist in the UK.

Orders take me 2-3 business days to process and ship, and the rest is down to the efficiency of Royal Mail and your country's postal service.

Please read the below information for more details on shipping to your country.

I'm based in Glasgow, Scotland - so everything is shipped with Royal Mail domestic services. Shipping within the U.K. is free on all orders! For smaller orders I'll use 2nd Class. For larger orders, I'll use Royal Mail Tracked 48.

2nd Class delivery and Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive, but it can take longer. Disruptions do sometimes happen.

There is no tracking number for 2nd Class orders. 2nd Class is alsoย not recommended for time sensitive orders. If you would like to be able to track your order, or have it arrive a little sooner, please select an upgrade at checkout.ย 

Select 'Tracked 24' at checkout for tracking numbers and quicker delivery. Royal Mail aims for Tracked 24 to be delivered the next working day, including Saturdays.

Please allow 14 business days for 2nd Class to arrive. If it's not with you by then, please get in touch!

Hi neighbours! I've now got the necessaries to ship to the EU! You'll pay VAT when you checkout at your country's rate, I'll send the tax to your country's tax authority, and itย should arrive at the border and straight to you without any issues.

โš ๏ธ I'm afraid I'm not responsible for any admin fees your postal service may charge you once Royal Mail has handed the parcel to your country's postal service, but I can usually refund the VAT portion and claim it back for you if they make you pay it again.
