I gave you the wrong address! Help!

If you've given me the wrong address, don't worry - get in touch with me as soon as you can to let me know, and I'll amend it for you if I haven't dispatched it yet.

It usually takes me 1-3 business days to process your order.

If I have already dispatched it however, you will have to re-order.

My order’s not arrived yet!

Please remember that I’m based in the UK, and international orders do take some time.

Please also note that delivery estimates are a guideline and not a guarantee - sometimes small hold-ups in the postal service can happen.If your order is still not with you in 25 business days (international orders) please do let me know and I will be happy to help!

If you're in the UK, please allow for up to 14 days for your order - if it's not with you by then please let me know!

Do all orders come with tracking?

I ship (almost) everything with The Royal Mail.

U.K.
  • Orders under £60 - free 2nd Class postage, no tracking number provided. If you would like to track your order, please choose Royal Mail Tracked 24® at check out.
  • Orders over £60 - free Tracked 48, and a tracking number provided! You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24® for speedier delivery at check out.
International
  • Small orders - Royal Mail International Standard, no tracking number provided.
  • Larger orders - Royal Mail International Tracked, tracking number provided!

Original paintings always come with a tracked and signed service, wherever in the world, for free.

Aaah, something's wrong with my order!

Oh no! Please let me fix it for you! If it's damaged, or hasn't arrived as described, let me know. I try to be as amazing as possible but like everyone else I do occasionally make a mistake! I love what I do and I want you to love it too, so please get in touch with me if you're not 100% happy with your purchase.

I wish you had a certain listing in a different size or colour... can you do that for me?

Probably! I make (almost) everything I sell by hand, at home, with love and care, so I'm generally very flexible. Want a print to better match your home decor colour palette? Stickers in custom sizes? Message me to request a custom order and I'll be happy to see what I can do.

You used to sell something but I can't find it anymore, will you be listing it again in the future?

Maybe! Sometimes I unlist certain items if they're no longer as popular as I thought they'd be, but if there's interest I can almost certainly put them back up again. The item you are after may also just be out of stock for now. Contact me and I'll be happy to answer any questions!

My order hasn't arrived, but the tracking says it's been delivered...

Firstly, please check with any neighbours of your partner/family/housemates to make sure no one has received it for you already. Not all orders come with tracking, so I may not be able to track it for you - please refer to "Do all orders come with tracking?" above to see if this applies to your order. If you have no luck with the above, please get in touch and we'll figure it out together!
