A question that surely plagues most of you each night as you lay in bed, sleepless, tossing and turning. Good news - I have hired a hooded figure with a lantern to help your local postperson navigate the dense fog that separates our worlds, so that we may finally establish communication with the creachers of Mossberry Woods and beyond.

The nefarious Scuttler will be hiding inside one random letter each month. The Scuttler must be apprehended.
If his special sticker is in your letter, report him to the appropriate authorities (me) and receive a special enamel pin as a reward for your vigilance.

This is the absolute most magical mail we’ve ever received. The prints are beautiful and the letters create such a sense of wonder. I wish my daughters didn’t love it so much so I could keep the prints for myself! Hana Berggren is a wonderful artist and story teller. I am happy that she shares this with us all the way in the US!

Absolutely smitten! Truly look forward to each month’s post with giddy delight. Hana’s artwork is endlessly charming and it feels an honour and privilege to be one of her humble patrons. The art prints alone are reason enough to join the subscription (each print is bright and beautifully detailed, printed on the softest paper) but each creature’s whimsical and wonderfully odd wee note alongside them combine to fully deliver on the bit of needful nonsense I require to buoy my spirits in these trying times (I.e. the year 2026…)

I’m a creacher cairtayker by day (I work for the RSPCA) but by night, I’m curled up hearthside scrawling replies back to my favourite assistant librarian, I’m scouring charity shops for that missing sock, and I’m rummaging through the backrooms of Orbs R Us to find a treasure rivalling that of Ermis exquisite hidden finds. Why? Because Creacher Correspondence has become my entire personality. Hana’s creations are my new religion. Yes, that makes Hana a god. Which makes sense as these are god-tier makings. Never stop making them. Ever.

I am so beyond in love with Hana's art and this mail club is such a highlight of my month. Getting a print of a new and exclusive piece of art alone is worth the cost of the mail club! It also comes with an adorably whimsical letter that brings the creacher to life in such a fun way (not to mention the cute sticker of the creacher of the month.)
It was also my birthday this month, and Hana threw in an added little gift that I am SO in love with. Overall, its obvious that there is so much love and care that goes into her art and I couldn't be more happy with the mail club, nor could I be more happy to support such a talented artist. <3
P.S. I have also purchased the deck of cards made with her art and it's genuinely one of my most prized possessions as a lover of both medieval art and solitaire!

Creacher Correspondence FAQs
Who is Creacher Correspondence for?
The creachers are chaotic, strange and silly, but they are family friendly. You won’t catch them using any naughty words (well, not to us humans, anyway) so all ages are welcome to read their letters. Not all creachers can spell very well, and their handwriting can sometimes be tricky based on their literacy levels and whether or not they have opposable thumbs, so younger readers may need help with deciphering in some cases.
Can I write back to a creacher?
Yes!
Whilst the creachers are content with a one-way penpal situation, if you are taken with the urge to respond to one then you are welcome to reply to this address and I will pass on the message to the creacher:

The creachers won’t respond to individual replies but they (and I) would love to read your thoughts and opinions. They might get posted on my socials too!
When will my first correspondence arrive?
Order today and September's Creacher Correspondence will be sent within 2 working days.
Orders placed on or after 1 October will receive October's Creacher Correspondence, sent on October 7th.

Correspondence is sent by Royal Mail: either 2nd Class (UK) or International Standard (rest of the world). For the UK: Royal Mail aims for delivery within 3 working days, but it can take longer. For the rest of the world: Royal Mail aims for delivery within 7 - 9 working days.
If you haven't received it within 14 working days (UK) or 30 working days (rest of the world) get in touch and I'll sort it!
Are the contents always the same?
Each correspondence includes a different letter, sticker, and A6 print each month, with occasional extras.
What if my correspondence is lost or damaged?
If your correspondence doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, just get in touch and we’ll sort it.
Is tracking included?
To keep prices as low as possible Creacher Correspondence is sent untracked. If you haven't received it within 14 working days (UK) or 30 working days (rest of the world) get in touch and I'll sort it!
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account.
Recurring orders are placed on the 7th of each month.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Worldwide shipping is included in the price.
What in god's name is The Scuttler?
Every month one random recipient has the chance to capture The Scuttler. His crime? Scuttling, amongst other things. If you're lucky enough to receive him in your monthly mail club package you can exchange him for a beautiful enamel pin celebrating your diligence. Yes, really!
The Scuttler will only be included with 1 of the ORIGINAL month's run, and is not included with catch up purchases.
What are the terms and conditions of Scuttler Apprehension?
The Scuttler moves quietly between letters. Once a month, it is caught.
If it finds its way to you, it will be waiting in your correspondence, ready to be apprehended. You can exchange The Scuttler for a limited edition enamel pin, made just for the club. All active subscribers are automatically entered into the draw. One recipient is selected at random from all valid entries.

Entries close on the last day of each month for the following month's correspondence.
We'll list the first name and country of each month's Scuttler Apprehender here, starting from July 2026.
- One Scuttler is awarded per calendar month.
- All active subscribers at the time of the draw are automatically entered.
- One recipient is selected at random from all valid entries.
- If the selected recipient is a subscriber, The Scuttler will be included with their next delivery (or sent separately).
- If the selected recipient entered by post, The Scuttler (or corresponding enamel pin) will be sent directly.
- The Scuttler may be exchanged for an enamel pin, subject to availability.
- No cash alternative. Substitutions of equal value may be made if necessary.
- The Scuttler will only be included with 1 recipient of the original month's run. Catchups are excluded.
